Tony has built a career in the restaurant industry since the age of 18, when he decided to try the restaurant trade after a “vision”. He wrangled his Mom and Dad to get him an interview with O’Donnels Seafood Restaurant in Bethesda, Md. Starting as a Bus Boy, Tony learned the basics of the restaurant hustle, the managed chaos and the passion for customer service and “doing the right thing”.
From there, Tony went on to learn bartending, waiting tables and management. Opening his first restaurant at the ripe age of 23, Tony has went on from operation to operation, learning and cultivating the best from each establishment. Figuring out that entrepreneurship was in his veins at a young age, Tony was able to capitalize on many strategic partnerships and open 3 more full service operations in his last 23 years in the business.

Currently Tony owns and operates Visions Restaurant in downtown Bethesda, Md. A full service quaint bistro setting, Visions continues to impress patrons, both local and traveling business clientele. Focusing on fresh seafood and a menu spanning many American styles of food, Visions proves to be a local favorite for years to come. 
In addition to operating his restaurant, Tony has been hired many times as a consultant in various phases of restaurant development. Tony can assist in a variety of topics including;

Tony hopes that his 23 years of experience will help future operators avoid the common (and not so common) pitfalls typical with new operations and new operators.
